Nah, it wasn't entirely Jamaican. As I said, it fluctuated -- it sounded really awkward... Though, I'm pretty sure it was said he was South American, if that's so, they could've gotten someone with a South American accent to do his voice? Of course, this is Atlus we're talking about... They can't even make a decent dialogue font after over 10 years of localizing games.

In any case, I didn't think the voiceacting was that bad.
Especially Angel. Her voice was awesome.

Or a Penguin. I'm not sure what sound a Penguin makes, so, I think it's safe to assume that they could, in fact, make a "Quack" sound, much like that of a duck.

Lunar 2 (eternal blue complete) has the worst voiceovers I've ever heard.
Well, maybe not the WORST, but still pretty bad.

Have you heard the original Lunar for Sega CD's voices? I think those were worse..er? Worser? Than Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete's.
I've said this numerous times to people, but I think the game with the best English voice acting would be Dark Cloud 2. A lot of big-name actors did voices -- not just people who did only voice acting, but people who did actual acting. Like Luke Skywalker, whose name escapes me, but I'm content with just referring to him as Luke Skywalker.

Well, a lot of the big production games have pretty good voiceacting. Like FFX. And uh... Jade Cacoon? That one had pretty okay voice acting.
