Oh, it's actually pretty easy. I'll just quickly explain it: Download a software called IsoBuster for free and install it on to your computer. Take your copy of IS and put it into your CD drive. Launce IsoBuster and you'll see a "+" sign next to an icon that says "CD," that would be your CD for IS. Right click the icon that says "CD" and click "Extract CD <Image>" once the side menu pops up click "Raw ( .bin*, .iso*)." Save that to where ever you want it, that's the image of IS you'll use for the patch. Now, the patch that is going to be released for IS will come with a software that automatically applies the patch to the .iso file you have on your computer. Follow the instructions that comes with the patch, apply it and you're set. You can either play it on an emulator on your computer, burn it to a CD and play it on your modded PSX or put it onto your PSP and play it there. If you do decide to burn it, then you will have to play it on a modded PSX only. Sadly, American systems still read it as a Japanese CD and it will be region locked. I created a translation/walkthrough for Kyuuyaku Megami Tensei. I attached the file to this post. The new versions will be uploaded on gamefaqs.
Right now, only the translation/walkthrough of the first Megami Tensei is complete. The one for Megami Tensei II is still in writing process.
I wrote this guide so that anybody could enjoy Kyuuyaku Megami Tensei without the need of having any Japanese knowledge at all. It’s impressive to see how many key elements of the Megaten series originated from the first two games. I completely got sucked in those two games.

Thanks buddy.  Ok, here I found another ones, some of them are not exactly the "back" of Gale, but I hope you'll find them useful.  I will keep looking for more anyway.

I'm in the process of putting together a post that introduces North American players to the Megami Tensei series, going through them chronologically and putting up links to English and Japanese websites and references. It won't be spectacularly in-depth but I plan to touch on all 52 current games in the series and updating as new games are released.
Also in what section do you think we should put it up?
