ms paint: making the pixels
photoshop: clearing the background and saving in gif files
unfreez: joining the files into one animation.
It was a 2hours long work.

I've never heard of Unfreez... I'm surprised you didn't use Imageready for the animation aspect, although, admittedly, the program is a pain in the ass and I constantly forget how to properly use its animation properties lol.
Either way, this is very cool. It's one of the better smilies I've seen, I can say that much. Looking forward to some more if you ever get around to it.
