Too bad they only have one chapter.. ...as much as I would like to contribute.I would have to rip the pages in order to get decent quality,if I were to help out I mean.I know where to get those magazines.

Could you post the link Enid? I think I might know someone who is willing to buy the 1st couple of chapters and scan them.

It would seem they don't have the earlier issues...hmm...
I guess they only put up the issues as they come,kind of lame not to keep the old ones around.Then again,I guess that's just how business work.

A friend of mine has ordered one of the Dengeki Maoh,but that was months ago,so he received it in good condition.

It's a little tricky,you must provide the title/name of magazine[don't forget to provide the month],the publisher,the magazine code, and the price.I have ordered from them before,and again...magazine came in great condition.However,since akadot is the same..it's really hard to say if they can get a hold of the older issues.It never hurts to try or ask,if you can't find the magazine code or price,I can give it to you later,since I do have one magazine from Dengeki Maoh.

I'm starting to realize why they can't get ahold of those issues from months ago... ...last resort,is ebay.But I don't even like the odds at that place.

I find it funny you love the translation, considering Gekkoukan High Scans has actually stolen the translation Starry Heaven's translator Rayquo did for Piece 1, after she told them they can't use it.

When it comes to "boycotting Starry Heaven's version," I think he's talking about what should be done with his own. Rayquo even tried to talk to Mienai Kitsune about what had happened with her translation, but it seems he could not face her, as he simply signed off of instant messenger.

Well, to be frank, none of us are super familiar with any of these happenings and I'd rather avoid the argument moving over to here as well.

Obviously at some point, if anything was stolen, one group or the other is going to find themselves falling way behind. About the only thing I think I can do, considering that I don't really know any of you, is support both versions at this point. I don't really know what else I can do.

I've PMed both of you about this situation in an attempt to resolve it, at least as far as this site is concerned.

I agree with Tony,I'm sitting on the fence with whatever issue is going with those two translating groups,and whatever personal conflict is going on with each other.I am only stating my opinion on how it is coming along so far,without any clue as to what the conflict is.

Just from an outside point of view,I really hate conflict between translating groups,because I see it All the time....especially the,"Don't support group A because they stole our scans","Don't support group B,they took our script",etc. It's probably best those two scanlation groups learn to fix the problem,insteading of having as it is right now...which sounds like a lack of communication on both ends,and not fixing the problem sooner. ...I mean,glad Starry heaven said something,even though they revelead what was really going on After I posted my comment.Still chances are,I probably would have said the same thing about how I liked the translation/script so far.

Well, I think it's working out fine. I'll be posting work from both teams and people can just go with what they prefer. I think that's kind of the last thing that has to be said about it lol. We might as well just continue using this thread to talk about the manga itself :)

Yeah, I think both works are just awesome, and if you think about it, the people who download the manga will not care about the translators, they will just enjoy the manga, well at least that´s what I think...

I've debated with myself what to do about fan stuff.... whether to have one fan section, or to have a fan section in every section. For now I think it's better to just let fan stuff be in the Media Library. Someday probably every Media Library user could have their own social page too. I hope that's good enough for everyone :wink:
