Wow, my first post here is a bit of a doozie.  Anyways, I figured I'd share this lil bit:

Yeah, I think ATLUS, went to the site and ordered Steve Prince to remove the voice acting description.

It's really hard to say..but since Prince added that part of "Persona 3:Expansion Pack" on his site,it has made all the fans jump in excitement whether it is true or not.

So we still aren't sure if it will come...I mean,that clue alone,I know is making everyone think it is confirmed...but until Atlus says so,we can't say it is true after all.

I think the chances are good now, like Enid said, Steve Prince must have added the expansion pack part for a reason.

Plus there have been leaks of games and features before in the past on voice actor sites. For example, Kari K. Wahlgren listed on her site some time before it was announced, that she was working on a FFT game.

Yeah...but this is the big question...now, I know I never played Fes for myself...but did Takaya ever even show up in Episode Aegis?

He said "Expansion Pack", but if he referred to the Independent Version with P3 Director's Cut, or just the Append Version, is whats making me wonder...

That is a good question right there..since FES does come in two versions,as QBasic suggested,the Independent and Append Version.Both are pretty much the same,but...isn't one,that allows you to use your previous data and use it in FES? And the other one is just like replaying P3 all over again but with FES still in there?,or something like that.

If I am wrong,someone please correct me,it's been a long while since I have read info about FES.

The character that he was going to voice in the Expansion as listed on the site was Mitsuru's Father which [SPOILER]goes along with the scenes in FES where each of the characters flashback to the time when they first summoned their Persona, which in this case deals with Mitsuru's summoning her Persona to protect her father in Episode Aigis hence his voiced role[/SPOILER]



Expansion pack just adds on stuff, if you have P3 already, the Full version includes both. They are the same thing essentially.

Episode Aigis starts out with set Persona, levels, and equipment, I think...

While in Episode Yourself, you have to start a new game but I think you're able to transfer money, $$$, and the Persona Compendium, or something from your P3 data. Don't really remember.

o.o;; That settles it...I'm even more so convinced of Fes' arrival here...

I think this merits a post on the front page?

As much as the evidence really seems solid...as I said before,until Atlus says it themselves..there is no point in posting it on the front page.Because then,people will think,"Ok that's awesome,when will it come out?".

It's best they Atleast give us an official date as well.

Is the P3 component of the combined disc really a "director's cut"? If so what's the diff?

With the absolute dryness of any Megaten news as of late, beggars can't be choosers.  I learned in my experience, that if its interesting, its noteworthy.

Believe it or not, I can only name a handful of voice actors who take even marginal interests in the games/anime that they voice.  Prince, sure as hell isn't one of them, and simply does it for a career.  A high-strung guy like him wont play this for a prank.

What is the difference between Persona 3 and Persona 3: FES? What I'm actually asking is what does FES mean?

"Fes" is short for Festival.  As for the game itself, it comes in two versions: the Independent Staring Version comes with Persona 3 Director's Cut (with some bonus stuff added), as well as the Fes Disc, which is more or less a sequel to the game.  That, or if you already own P3, you could just buy the latter disc.

A second slip-up...Atlus can't really deny at this point,now can they?

I guess it is official after all...not saying,it wasn't in the first place,but I would rather have an official date before I can really be at ease of it's U.S. arrival.

As a sidenote: The link I posted earlier takes you to an update on P3 FES on Legendra, it says that last night ATLUS USA Manager phoned the guy at Legendra confirming that FES will be released around 22nd of February, the problem is that, he says that the add-on only  contains Episode Aigis and not the Episode Yourself extras.
And will cost around 30 dollars... this is not too good if it's true.

So, from what i gather, We most likely ARE getting FES, but only episode Aigis for $30, or buy it over for $50? Or, did i miss something?

Personally, I don't mind a bit.  Episode Aigis is the meat of Fes.

Though I guess I will hate the fact that I wont get to take Koromaru out on works, or summon a giant cock persona. XD

Oh man...I was looking forward to the Episode You the most.I've already read the summary of Episode Aegis,as I'm sure...everyone else had.In which I know,it would be better to actually see what goes on,then reading or hearing it from someone else.

At this point there is no reason to believe that we won't get all the content included in the japanese FES release.  

Seriously, wtf would a manager from Atlus USA call a guy at a French site to tell him about FES?  Atlus USA doesn't even localize games for Europe.

If this rumor is true I probably won't bother buying it when it is released.

To be honest, I find the article kind of strange, why would the ATLUS manager phone a guy in the middle of the night telling him secretly that FES is coming to US on the 22nd of February and that it only includes Episode Aigis.
I find it pretty believable that they're only translating Episode Aigis, I don't mind it, I love Aigis and I love playing as her, but I would also like to wear the new costumes, fuse weapons, fuse new personas and see the proper endings for the S. Links.

If they are just going to take the chapter of Aegis, then that is not "Persona 3 FES". Like ShinByakki say, I want to wear the new costumes, fuse weapons and all the new things added to this wonderful game.

I agree with ShinByakki and JesusJones, there is no way that Atlus USA would call a French Site and tell them about FES when KOEI is the one who is publishing P3 in Europe.

I didn't investigate any of this, but it all sounds great...
But, i guess we just have to wait and see....

Only Tony can post news or updates on the site.

But I agree with aero,majority of the P3 fans already know about it.

If everyone knows, then all the more reason to update.

Not much can be helped.

I think it might be the right time to start hiring some people.

Upgrade the front page news system as well, to something like CuteNews so new recruits can have easier access to update the news.

If you want a good site, having only one person run it or update it doesn't necessarily cut it.

I know a few guys who might be willing to help.

Well, right now it's pointless to argue wether P3 FES is coming out to US or not because we just heard from voice actors that they were hired once again.
