Just discovered this recently while looking through the P4website,it linked out to the Atlus net page:

To the left is the Persona 00.
What is it? I'm not entirely sure,but seeing as how it requires registration...I'm going to assume its another text-based game just like the Persona 3 one.What I find interesting,is they are using illustrations from Nocturne,y'know the walls with the little eyes in the holes.

When you translate the page the chart shows when a server is getting the most traffic...  also mentions it exceeded it's bandwidth usage in March.  
Umm... I figured it was either an MMORPG or something else but the blog linked below confirms that it's an MMORPG (I had to read it over a couple times to figure out what Persona 00 was... just theyre just complaining about it- alot)

it's an online game but u can only play it with your browser...
the game is all about persona's u can fight other people persona with yours...
