Oh man. The July full moon event.

I'm anticipating and getting goosebumps when it's almost time for a full moon event. Not because of the bosses - the full moon bosses are fucking push overs - but for the story. Oh man, oh man it is great to have mind fuck and horror thrown back into the SMT mix. DDS and Devil Summoner didn't have nearly as much as Nocturne or Persona 2.

34 hours in, and I just got into July. I'm preparing for Finals now. At the rate I'm going, it's taking about 12-15 hours per month.

Oh man, that was some awesome shit.

It gets better. I want to blab but I'm trying to stick to a no spoiler policy. All I can say is the game is longer then most people might think with alot of surprises throughout. Glad you got it Himuro. I knew there were a few complications with your move. Seems everything panned out well!

I agree,I'm already past 65 hours with this.

Personally,I think the battle with the Fortune and Strength has been the most effective....er,well maybe effective is not the word I'm looking for.But you know what I mean...

Trying not to spoil too much on that part either.

I also didn't have any problems with the Full Moon battle on Moonlight Bridge.

You guys make me wish I wasn't stuck on the 64th floor so I could advance TO July. I refuse to go another (game) day until I kill that boss...but its taken me 6 tries and I still haven't gotten him.

Ah well, I'll get him eventually.

Fortune and Strength was a pain, I was underleveled and it took a lot of strategy, luck and planning to take them down. I have to admit though, the sense of satisfaction I get from defeating difficult bosses with strategy in P3 is priceless...

Yeah,I can see it being difficult if your levels weren't decent enough. The wheel was something else,I didn't get lucky the first few tries...y'know when Fuuka states,"That's unfair".

But it was unique in it's own way...I really don't see too many boss battles where you have a wheel to determine which status effect will go to your side or the enemies',I like how each of the Full Moon battles are different every time... ...you never know what you will expect.

Fortune? 0.o; Luckily I got a panic one for that. . .
July ? Full moon? So the ending will appear at July 2010?

The full moon events are awesome. The Hanged Man....wow! The Arcana bosses are so awesomely designed (I loved the Hierophant) and there's some real humour/character development in them.

I've completed the game - 110 hours - and I'm now on Second Cycle. Pretty strange you get to keep your levels, kinda sucks the fun outta the game. On a plus note, I'll be seeing Lucifer a whole lot more. Very clever design (see the similarities between his design and a design from another Megaten game?).
