I've only played the game twice since I got it (been busy) and I had two questions to answer in school. One I got right, and another was wrong. Is there like a max amount of charm or popularity you can reach and can't be reached unless you answer everything right in the game?

It helps to just get them right, but eventually they ask pretty Japanese-centric things that the average person here simply wouldn't know. I guess that's what the Internet is for.

But like Jack_frostFTW said, there's tons of ways to make up for it. You'll see in the status menus that there is a chart displaying how high your Academics, Charm and Courage are... once they get to the max level, they don't go back down. So it's not quite as bad as it seems. Through normal playing I had them all maxed out just before Summer break.

All above is true. Remember, though, to NOT waste your precious social link time on things like the library or the cafe. If you have the opportunity to improve your social links, make use of it. Especially because after you spend your after school hours, you can then go and improve courage or charm at the mall, THEN study before sleep.
