As my first non-introductory post...

-Atlus, Red Entertainment, Idea Factory and Aruze announced a new PlayStation 2 RPG called Chaos Wars, the game will feature popular characters from Shadow Hearts, Growlanser, Gungrave and Shinsen Gumi Gunrouden series. Idea Factory will publish the game in Japan in September 2006.

Anyone else notice someone missing?

What sort of game is this anyway? For some reason I'm assuming it's one of those weird board games involving multiple series characters.

The way it was described, it's assumed to be a Cross Over Tactical game like Super Robot Wars and Namco X Capcom.

Also, from the looks of it, they'll be announcing new series as the development goes along. There's a strong chance SOME SMT series will show up, most likely Devil Summoner.
