In the last row, you can find Katsuya (Persona 2 Batsu) and Lisa (Persona 2 Tsumi). And the other one, I dont know.

After Chidori is Rasputin, Raidou, Hitoshura, Serph, Mary, Maya, Tatsuya, and I have no idea on those last 2 before Chihiro and 'Liz ^^; The guy with the X on his forehead is kinda freaky though. I'm pretty confident with my guesses X3

I dont look that woman like Maya, the hair color is not the same, and let me correct you, the man below "Maya" is not Tatsuya, is his brother Katsuya, you can look by the sunglasess:xd: .

Oh yea, Katsuya, he was a cop or something? XD So I was off by one letter :p I spent too much time in that game talking to demons and thus got owned by garm >_> And then I stopped playing, lol. And Maya was a random guess cuz she was by 'suya XD She's not Ulala either, I dont think ;>>
Now I want to know who all those other characters are...maybe the guy with the X on his forehead is from maken X... though probably not

If you take a really hard look at the picture, you can see what the artist has done; They've taken the eyes from the different shown characters, as well as some of their facial shape, and transferred them onto other character models.
To explain; The one under Chidori (Who the heck is that?) has Chidori's eyes, Raidou and Hitoshura have Akihiko's eyes, Serph has Mitsuru's eyes, Mary(?) has Fuuka's eyes, Eriko has Mitsuru's eyes as well, Katsuya has Akihiko's eyes and Jun's glasses (Though they've been altered), Lisa has Yukari's eyes (If you look really close, her hair's reversed from the original game, too), and Kido has Shinjiro's eyes (And his hair, too, really).
It's still an awesome picture, though.
