Episode 2 RAW is out, it'll probably take 2-3 days for it to be subbed.
[SPOILER]They're handing out Persona like Candy, more music from P3 at the Karaoke place, and I think that one girl is about to get raped at the end O_O[/SPOILER]
Aside from the main character's Persona, I don't really like the Persona designs so far.

Are you guys going to release the episodes in HD?
Also, I recommend changing the outline color of the subs to something a little darker, IMO the bright outline of the words doesn't really match with the anime.

aero, Q, I have spoken with Oi's leader, and she said the following:
The reason we chose that outline color, is because it's the same color as Ryou's Persona As for you encoding them
We wouldnt be happy with it. If HD raws are ever released (only upscaled raws exist), we will be releasing in HD

They're making it really interesting so far though, with the Apathy Syndrome, Split-personality Brother, Persona Suppressant Strega drugs, and the voice that sounds like Akihiko and is voiced by Akihiko's voice actor.

I'm getting some major Katsuya vibes from the older brother.
I sorta like how its been starting off quite ambiguous, there are quite a few questions that can be answered.
-PERSONA 3 SPOILERS BELOW-
For example, not only do you know that the anime takes place 10 years after Persona 3, but the characters constantly reference that time, as if something very important happened in their lives. Perhaps there is some connection to the comatose state of P3's protagonist and/or the demise of Nyx.
