| A reporter for an underground occult magazine. When the protagonist first encounters Hijiri, he is given one of his articles predicting the Conception. After the Vortex World is created, Hijiri does little but supply the protaganist with information. Seemingly without Reason, he obsesses over unlocking the secrets of the Terminals, and eventually realizes the powers he can obtain by bending the will of the Amala Network. |
